On inspection this pebble style pool deck in Cohasset MA, was covered in a heavy layers of mold and mildew. Probably not cleaned in a decade. We pre-treated this deck to kill all of the organic debris, breaking down that dirty sludge. We pressure washed this, and rinsed this down with fresh water and surrounding areas. The new homeowners were very happy as they didn't have to tear up that deck after all!
